If you implement these two very simple strategies into each day then I promise it will have a huge impact on your motivation, your happiness and your success.
How do I know?
How do you know it’s not just some mumbo jumbo motivational nonsense that i’ve heard from some random person?
Because I would never do that. For every new success strategy that I learn or hear about, I implement it into my life and then note the difference it makes. I tweak it, I monitor its impact and then I score it before I share it with others.
How else would I know if it works or not?
And these two simple strategies I am about to share with you DO work. They have worked for me, my clients and thousands of other people who practise them in their life. And they will also be working for you in your life right now, but maybe not in the way that you would like.
I am talking about developing a;
2. Evening Routine
Very simple. What is your routine right now? Does it set you up for the day? Does it set you up for a good night’s sleep in anticipation of another great day?
Whether it does or it does not, I still believe you can improve upon what you are doing already.
“By sandwiching your day with positive rituals the middle of your day will excel”.
Here is another way of putting it;
“Start the day and end the day with a positive routine and you can be assured the bit in between will be supreme”.
Here are some ways to start the day;
Read an inspirational book, meditate, eat a healthy breakfast, go for a walk or do some exercise, visualise the perfect day ahead, be grateful for what you have, focus on your goals, listen to some motivating or soothing music.
Here are some ways to end the day;
Reflect and write down all the good things that happened, write down how you could improve, read something inspirational, meditate, listen to soothing music, wind down in the bath and be grateful for living another day (many don’t), plan something to look forward to the next day, get excited about tomorrow, review your goals again to build anticipation for the day ahead.
OR you could start the day stressed, rushing around and all over the place and end the day in the same way and have a rubbish night’s sleep.
You could also say “I don’t have the time to do those things” and tell yoursel the same old story over and over and wonder why you are not happy, fulfilled and loving life.
The choice is yours.
Inspiring you to be the best you can be,

A fantastic blogpost, I just given this onto a student who was doing a little analysis on that. And he in fact bought me breakfast because I discovered it for him.
.. So let me reword that: Thanks for the treat! But yeah Thanks for taking the time to discuss this, I feel strongly about it and enjoy learning more on this topic. If possible, as you gain expertise, would you mind updating your blog with more details? It is very helpful for me. Big thumb up for this post!
